The Spark That Ignited a Passion 🔥
In 2013, Nancy embarked on a transformative journey. Freshly licensed as a Facial Specialist, she delved into the world of skincare and beauty with The Advanced Acne Institute in Miami, working meticulously alongside renowned dermatologists.
One fine day, while representing AAI at a local spa convention, a flicker caught Nancy’s eye - the art of eyelash extensions. There, amidst the bustling crowd, she stood enchanted as the virtuoso Daniel Long (Longmi Lashes) weaved magic with every lash he touched. That day, Nancy left with more than just a lash kit; she took home an unquenchable thirst to master this craft.
From Enthusiasm to Excellence 🌟
With her beloved mom as her treasured muse, Nancy began what one might call a love affair with lashes. Night after night, her hands danced with precision and creativity as she honed her skills. Nancy’s zeal was contagious; soon, friends and acquaintances lined up, transforming her cozy home into a lash haven.
The word spread like wildfire, and referrals flooded in. Fully certified and with an unyielding dedication, Nancy knew she had found her calling.
The Birth of Dash of Lash
July 2014 marked the turning point as Nancy waved farewell to her dermatology job and stepped into the enthralling world of lash artistry full-time. By October, she was adding the Russian Volume Lash Technique to her repertoire.
By January 2015, South Miami was graced with a treasure - Dash of Lash Lash and Brow Boutique, Nancy's very own sanctuary for those in pursuit of eye-catching beauty.
